[Contact Form Captcha]Simple but effective

Once you work out that you need to add <!–contact form–> in the page/post, this plugin works quite well and has the advantage of having the captcha (although a little difficult to read).

It’s very simple, the only configuration availabel is the email address to send it to. However, would be very useful if the email could add the name of the blog as if you have it installed on more than one it can be a bit confusing.
