Contact form

hi i have your fantastic slick tab installed on my website & i have a contact form inside the widget, but when i hit send it returns me to this page http://lvps109-104-79-176.vps.webfusion.co.uk/wp-content/plugins/slick-tab/templates/Widget.php#wpcf7-f1502-w1-o1 – a page containing the form. how can i stop this divert so that when the message sends it doesnt divert the user anywhere?
