   I created a form using Contact Form 7. The form appears in my post, but the submit button 'verzenden' is not working. How do I get it to work?

   It's a normal behavior because you're using acceptance checkboxes.

   Thank you for your reply. You're right, when I check both acceptance boxes the submit button is working.
