    Try switching to the default theme.

    I’m having the same issue – using Headway. Changing to the default theme is not an option, clearly. Any ideas?

    I’m also using Headway and Contact Form DB on 3 other sites and don’t have this issue. Is there a known conflict with some other plugins?
