Contact Form 7 Plugin NOT WORKING

    I have installed Contact Form and my issue is that if I use the default settings on the form such as the basic Name, Email, Subject, Message it works fine however once I generate tags and start adding the fields that I want it doesn’t work.
    I do received the message “Your message was sent successfully” but it never reaches my email.

    Any insight is appreciated. Thanks
