I currently have a contact form on all pages on my blog. I don't want this. I only want it to show on my contact page. I think I used a plug in to do this, but when I go to my list of plugins I don't see that at all. How can I fix this and just have the contact form on one page that says CONTACT? I'd appreciate the help. It's late ESTime so if you don't hear from me tonight, I'll definitely respond tomorrow. I hope someone can help.

    Have you tried:

    - deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    - switching to the Twenty Ten theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    - resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    That worked.
