Contact Form 7 -- Form Based Redirect (2 posts)

I'm using Contact Form 7, which is great. But I'm having a lot of difficulty figuring out how to accomplish something somewhat unique.

Basically, I have a form that, once submitted, directs users to an entirely different URL. What I would like to use CF7 to do is dynamically 'finish' the URL it will be redirecting to once submitted.

So, basically, the form has a 'first' and 'last' name field, which once submitted, redirects to http://www.adifferentwebsite.com. I would like the variables entered in the 'first' and 'last' name boxes to be automatically appended to the end of the redirect url. So, for example, once it's submitted, the URL might look like:

    http://www.adifferentwebsite.com/joe-clark/

    Does that make sense?

After doing some research, it seems like it would be possible, but I'm pretty stumped as to what I ought to do next. Any suggestions?

Even I am looking for such a feature. In simple words when the Form is submitted the it should be redirected to a specified url (say thank you page with option to add your own words in html). In fact another plugin Fast Secure Contact Form is having such facility.
