Contact Form 7 "Failed to send your message"

    Hi,

    When I tried to send a contact request from Contact Form 7 on my site it give me this error.

    “Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact administrator by other way.”

    If somebody knows what is the issue, I would appreciate if you let me know.

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all other plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    Thank you Esmi! I re-do all my forms and now they are working normal.

    The solution of this issue for me was not to use utf-8 chars in the subject line (I now use ascii only).
