   I updated WP to 3.4.2 and CF7 to 3.3.1 and now CF does not show on my website anymore, no matter what I try.

   I had the same issue. I just created a new page. It seems that any existing page will not display the contact form. Not sure why, but creating a new page resolved my issue. I hope that helps.
