   I have been using contact form 7, and need to create a form which allows users to upload their files. I use google apps for my domain's email, and have cpanel configured to use the remote mail exchanger.

   the forms work fine until I add a field to upload a file, and add the corresponding code to mail-attachments. The icon just spins.

   I looked into the SMTP plug-ins, but for some reason, they would not send the test email - It seems strange that the form would work properly at all if this was the issue.

   does anyone have any suggestions ?

   Also tried downgrading the jquery.form.js file as in an earlier post but to no avail. the same form works (with the newest version of cf7) on another site of mine NOT configured to use google apps for email.....

   See FAQ: The spinning arrow icon shows up once I submit a form, but then nothing happens.
