Is there a way to have .mov, .flv or any other video format to upload with the Contact Form 7? By the way, the upload is correctly working...

Sure, if you mean can the above formats be emailed to a certain destination, the answer is yes.
You can also limit the formats by using the pipe feature as follows:
[file* upload1 filetypes:doc|docx|pdf|jpg|gif|zip|rar|]
