I have a contact form installed on http://www.workoutlab.net. When people send a message a note pops up saying, "Are you sure you want to do this?" with no option to click anything...?

First, identify what contact form plugin you are using and then post in that plugin's dedicated forum via its page in the Plugin Repository.

    This is what I found...

    [contact-form] [contact-field label="Name" type="name" required="true" /] [contact-field label="Email" type="email" required="true" /] [contact-field label="Website" type="url" /] [contact-field label="Comment" type="textarea" required="true" /] [/contact-form]

@bradborland: The shortcode information isn't exactly helpful in identifying the plugin responsible. You need to look in Plugins > Installed Plugins and find the one that powers the contact form. Then you can post your issue in the proper forum.

I have Jetpack and Pushpress. I don't know if that helps or not. Nothing specifically for the contact form...

    [No bumping, thank you.]
