   Can anyone let me know which contact form I should use for my blog. I noticed that there are at least 2.

   You can try the one I use (http://chaoticmortal.com/?page_id=140) which is the PXS Mail Form. You can get it http://www.phrixus.co.uk/pxsmail/.
   I'm not the maker of it.
   It's convenient.

   I think cforms is the best form plugin available for WordPress right now, especially if you need, or will have a need for something a little more robust.
