Does anyone know of a contact form plugin that allows image attachments? This would be for a WP site that isn't for a blog, but a an art gallery. I would need clients to submit images of their work for review.

i'm no programmer or annything... but i think in order for a plugin to do a contact form with attachment options it would have to be a combination of two plugins like:
Filosofo Old-Style Upload for uploads...
and PXS Mail Form for a good customizable contact form...
maybe someone will eventually come up with something for us...

I have change the Ryan's original Wp-ContactForm plugin and add fields for attachments.
You can setup any number of attachments fields and change maximum size of files.

cforms is not meant to act as an API, however, what you can do is enable DB tracking of submissions and copy paste directly from the "tracking view" into your draft.
