Contact 7 Form Intergration?

Can anyone out there tell me if I can use this seemingly great plugin with Contact 7 Forms? I’ve been searching for hours and hours trying to find plugins that will help to eliminate spam but also easy enough to integrate (as I’m no WP guru!) and compatible enough to use with Contact 7 Forms! I added the checkbox name to the form [checkbox cl_check_4d8 label_first] as I assumed that would be how to add it to the form? Any tutorials or advice would be greatly appreciate before I go bonkers! Cheers!
