Consultant Wanted

I am currently seeking a consulting firm who can handle all facets of blog implementation and design. We currently have a static web site http://www.visual-makeover.com that we would like to evolve over time into a blog. The site gets approximately 12,000 page views per day we have several number one rankings for keywords and are doing very well with Google Adsense.

We have given serious thought adding new content to this site to expand our search engine coverage and to provide new opportunities for Google Adsense earnings. Rather than add content to a static web site we have decided to pursue adding a blog on to the site and eventually morphing the entire site into a blog over a period of one to two years. I am interested in a blog that is very search engine/Google Adsense friendly and is maximized for both. Including Perma links, track back, an rss feed into newsletter subscribers etc., etc. I’m looking for a minimalist 3 column design, something very readable, fast loading and high on the usability scale. We have already started a kind an amateur blog to build up a backlog of posts.
