   When I go to another page rather than home page the right site bar ie my recent posts go away. How can I keep it constant? Any help will be appreciated.

   This is by design in the Twenty Eleven theme. Try installing http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/twenty-eleven-theme-extensions/
