   Hi,

   I'm trying to add fields for a telephone number and a zip code in my Signup Widget. I cant find a good way to do this.

   I'm not great with PHP but i'm not totally in the dark. I tried looking at the plugin files but the source isnt intuitive enough for me to edit.

   Does the Constant Contact Gravity Forms Add-On work with wordpress 3.2.1?

   Use "Constant Contact form" plugin. and it has lots of options
