[resolved] Constant Contact Implementation Not Working As Expected (2 posts)

After generating the code on ConstantContact.com (not easy to figure out how to do that) and entering the llp, m, and p variable values into OR, the following happens:

    1. The OR popup window appears upon entering the site, as expected.

    2. When I enter an email address and click the enter button, the popup disappears and my website screen is replaced by a page from http://visitor.r20.constantcontact.com telling me to "Sign In To Stay In Touch." This page requires me to enter my email address AGAIN to be added to the Constant Contact contacts database, and STILL does not take me back to my website.

    How to fix?

You are using ConstantContact.com we don't control what page you are sent to.
Constant Contact uses FormStack you need to go read the info on Constant Contact and FormStack. FormStack controls the redirection.

Unless you pay FormStack you can't redirect.

    From https://www.formstack.com/admin/form/settings/

    https://www.formstack.com/admin/account/plan

This account plan does not give you access to send confirmation emails or redirect to external URLs. Compare our plans to see about upgrading to one that gives you access to these features.
