Under connections general settings, I could not get the HTML tab to display the not logged in message. Deactivated cforms2 plugin and was able to make changes. So my issue is resolved, just hoping to help someone else out. Javascript error of "Purl not defined."

Not sure why they have this conflict. The jQuery Connections uses is pretty basic and follows WordPress best practices so I really don;t think the issue is with Connections.
