Confusion re setting up/submitting blog feed (2 posts)

Hi. This is more in the nature of feedback, as I've just about given up.

I've built a site and blog using the Genesis 2 framework and the Eleven40 Pro theme with WordPress 3.9.1. Lots of great plugins, everything seems to be working well, with only a couple of minor hiccups along the way. Great third party instructions, etc.

I'd like to be able to submit my blog feed to Feedburner or an alternative. Every resource I look at tells me something different about how to do it; every resource talks about settings that don't seem to be in 3.9.1 (or they're somewhere other than "Settings" and I'm just not looking in the right place). I went looking for a SIMPLE set of instructions suitable for a noob with no knowledge of coding, etc., and so far, I'm having no luck finding clear, consistent instructions.

The stuff I did find was either not written for a beginner, or was written by somebody who's forgotten what it's actually like to be a beginner. This applies especially to the info I was able to find by searching WordPress itself.

Taking a break now to keep from putting my fist through my monitor.

    Stephen,

I have created a tutorial video that may help you. Here is the video link: http://youtu.be/8d2Pv7md6IM.

You will need a google account to do this. Also, you should go ahead and log into feedburner before you start the video.

    I hope that this helps.
