Confused about Banner Rotator

My boss has tasked me with updating our website, eurorestaurantsolutions.com. I would like to start by changing out our current wave-shaped banner and replacing it with a rectangular one. However, after about an hour of fishing through our site’s backend I still have no idea how to change the banner shape. Can anyone help?
