Conflicts with jupiter theme

Hi,
I am facing some problem when CM Tooltip Glossary plugin is activated with jupiter theme. The web page screen is almost blank and jupiter theme custom js code is not working after plugin activation. Please check the following information and let me know the possible solution,
WordPress version 3.9
