Conflict with Premise

Hello,
Is there a known issue with Premise from Copyblogger Media? ()
When I have Edit Author Slug and Premise enabled at the same time, permalinks to post categories go all 404 on me.
Deactivating Edit Author Slug solves the problem – but I’d really like to continue using this excellent plugin.
