Conflict with Plugin "Crayon Syntax Highlighter"

Hi there!

I found out that there is an issue with the usage of “Q and A” and “Crayon Syntax Highlighter” on the same page or post.

To reproduce it, insert “Crayon”-code into a page. – Everything is fine. Then insert the shortcode for an empty “Q and A” category (e.g. [qa cat=”testfaq”]) into it. – Still everything’s fine. Then add an item to this category. Result: The code won’t be rendered anymore, there’s just a shortcode in the output (e.g. [crayon-51079f93da314/]).

Would you please verify this issue and provide a workaround?
