conflict with jQuery Collapse-O-Matic

    Collapse-O-Matic 1.3.10

    this also seems to have occurred with the latest release of LBP

    when the 2 are loaded, Collapse-O-Matic stops working and content which should be collapsed is expanded and cannot be collapsed
