    We add an option in the plugin setting to resolve this conflict. Please check the setting

    You need to look for

    Settings -> General Settings and uncheck the option “Run the function outputting the Glossary Index Page only once” then save the settings.

    After doing so the Glossary Index Page should reappear.

    That’s the fix stated in the user manual, and as I said in my original post, “I DID try the troubleshooting suggestion in the User Manual, but it had no effect.”

    It didn’t work. I tried it again, and it continues to not work. Is there anything else that might fix it?

    Since I’m only trying out the free version at the moment, I’m unable to use the contact form on the website, as it is for Pro only and requires an order number before it submits.

    I have the same problem but the solution doesn’t work !

    When I desactive Jetpack the Glossary page appears.

    Is not a problem of them because I have Twenty ten !

    Can you give an other solution please ?

    Please check the version we releases 2.8.1
