Conflict with bbpress

I’m working on upgrading a multilingual site (Spanish/English) that uses qtranslate and want to switch our forums to bbpress from Simple:Press. We converted the forums just fine and everything works great until we activate qtranslate. The bbpress menus all disappear.
This was also noted on the bbpress support forms by another user, so I wanted to check and see if this problem was being addressed. https://bbpress.org/forums/topic/conflict-with-qtranslate/
