My problem is that i cant have any kind of gallery with navigation menu because W3 Total Cache make conflicts with JS.
Does anyone knows how can i have a decent and fast load time gallery and at the same time the W3 Total Cache plugin working?

Do you have JS minify and compression enabled? If yes, try disabling them to see, if it solves the issue. If it solved the issue, you may exclude the files that are related to the gallery and then enable minify and compression.
