Conflict between localhost and external server

    Background: I created a WP site using BitNami on a local server. I wanted to replace my current live site with the new WP site. When I tried to upload it to my hosting provider’s server, something went wrong. My old site went down and I was no longer able to access the WP site on my local server. I think there was a conflict in WP registrations. I first installed WP on the external server, opening a WP account. Then when I created the site with BitNami, I opened another account.

    Current situation: My old site is live again. Using phpmyadmin, I was able to get back into the WP site on my local server. HOWEVER, when I preview pages, I see my old site’s home page. Every single page.

    Is this a permalink problem? If so, how do I correct it? If not, any help would be appreciated.
