Confirmation Text - Mailchimp Signup Form (1 post)

    I'm using the MailChimp Signup Form plugin and once a user signs up, they receive an email confirmation, but is there a way to replace the input text fields (Email/FName/LName) with some type of confirmation text in the widget?
