Confirmation Email – not being sent

    Just switched out some other contact forms for Fast Secure Contact Forms.

    confirmation emails work as expected for 2 of the 4

    but, no confirmation is sent for the other 2.

    tripled checked settings… even changed them to be the ones that work for the other 2 domains as a test and don’t go.

    All of these 4 domains are hosted on the same private server, same IP address.

    any ideas of where to look for the problem?

    Hi peacesong do all the websites run the same plugins and theme?

    If they don’t then disable all the plugins on the none working websites that are different from the working websites. Enable one by one, and carry out a test.

    If you are using a different theme then use the same theme from the working websites. Carry out another test and let me know how you go.

    Hi mbrsolution I’ve followed the instruction you suggested.

    I ran Fast Secure Contact Form in two different websites

    I ran it in a website I’ve just installed with new wordpress using Twenty Fourteen theme, I’ve also deactivated all plugins, except Fast Secure Contact Form
    And the other one is my old website. but I don’t get Confirmation Email – to my testing email.
