    Hi,

I need your kind help. I'm trying to change the permalinks of my pages. Thus, I need to change my custom structure to "%postname%"

I've noticed that my SITE ADDRESS (URL) is connected to the settings of my permalink's custom structure.

Kindly advice how I can "empty" my permalink's custom structure, so I can do the changes to my pages permalink.

    Thank you.

    Hi Esmi,

Currently, this is how my "Permalink" looks like:

    Default: http://elohimmapkingdom.com/wordpress/?p=123

    Day and name: http://elohimmapkingdom.com/wordpress/index.php/2013/02/15/sample-post/

    Month and name: http://elohimmapkingdom.com/wordpress/index.php/2013/02/sample-post/

    Numeric: http://elohimmapkingdom.com/wordpress/index.php/archives/123

    Post name: http://elohimmapkingdom.com/wordpress/index.php/sample-post/

    Custom Structure: http://elohimmapkingdom.com/wordpress

I need to remove "http://elohimmapkingdom.com/wordpress" at my custom structure so I can key-in "%postname%"

Actually, my main problem is I need to change all the permalinks of my pages. Changing my permalink's "custom structure" is only the 1st step :-D

    Thank you.

The entire url is not entered in any of the fields in Settings -> Permalinks. Have you reviewed Using_Permalinks?

The above info is the current setting of my Permalink. My website URL: "http://elohimmapkingdom.com/wordpress" at custom structure can not be removed.
