Config for Upload Path if using a file server for blog.dir in MS/MU

Is there a define to specify the path location of the blogs.dir in the wp-config.php We have to use a load balancer blogs.dir has to be moved off the web server to a file server. I cannot find any docs on this.

Also are there any other directories that should be moved off?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
