Conditional tags in wp-admin (1 post)

    Hi,
    I really need for my plugin to determine which categories or tags the post I'm editing have.

    I.e.

    1) I'm editing a post in wp-admin
    2) I want to see what category and tags the current post have

    Is it possible?
