Conditional Popup or Modal after Button Click

    I’m new to WordPress and love it so far.
    I’m looking to add a button onto a page (probably an image, but can be a “submit or post”. If the user clicks the button between a certain time, one popup or modal appears, if after that time, another appears.

    I’ve searched and can’t find what I’m looking for and my programming skills are, well, nevermind…

    Any help is GREATLY appreciated!
