Conditional in php?

    Hello, in first sorry for my bad english and thanks for this gread module.
    Its the only one that really works blocking cookies.
    I’ve managed to configure all de the scripts to work after the acceptation. But some wordpress modules have php code when loading cookies or javascript.
    I’m no programmer but i understand the code.
    There’s a “if” (conditional) php code that i can use in other plugins?
    Like
    if (cookilian(acceptance_ok) {
    //load other cookies
    }
