    Hi,

When you fill in and submit to my contact forms I get this error message :

Warning: trim() expects parameter 1 to be string, array given in /home/slabhome/public_html/wp-includes/capabilities.php on line 497

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/slabhome/public_html/wp-includes/capabilities.php:497) in /home/slabhome/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 881

    PLEASE HELP!

  2. Which contact form plugin are you using?

Jetpack. I have never had an issue till today

  4. Have you tried:
    - deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    - switching to the 2010 theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?

    - resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
