   I've installed ConcertPress plugin in latest version of wordpress. But it not showing up at the backend.

   Hi there, that sounds weird!

   I tried installing the plugin on a fresh WP 3.4.2 site and it worked fine... Did you remeber to activate the plugin? It will get its own link in the menu when activated.

   Let me know if you have any more problems and I'll see what I can do.
