compress before inserting the files

    first of all this is really a nice plugin and I thank you so much Byron.
    I want to say that if js and css files compress first and then insert to the website it is so much better.
    there are many js and css files which can be decreased in size and it will really help the speed of the website.

    so users,please consider to use a tool to compress the files before inserting in the website.

    maybe it can be a suggestion for later revisions.
