Completely uninstall (then re-install) Glock Double Opt In Plugin

Long story short. I set up G-Lock Double Opt In plugin on test site. Then used WP-Twin to clone it to live site.

Problem is the plugin still thinks it is tied to test site so when ever some one fills out and send form it redirects (conformation request, welcome message etc) to the test site URL not the live site URL.

I have tried uninstalling the plugin 3 times and re-installing and when I re-install the configurations from the previous install is still there, and it still associates with the test site.

Is there a way to completely flush it from the system so I can have a true clean install with the hopes that it will be associated with the live site and not the test site?

I guess maybe something is stuck in the database that needs to be nuked, but I wouldn’t have a clue have to do that.
