Completed orders not showing up in eShop orders

I recently updated to eShop 6.3.4. But ever since then, I get
- email notifications of “Paypal IPN -A Failed Payment Ref:”
- I check PayPal and payment went through and completed
- the order itself is not documented in eShop – not in pending, not in awaiting payment, not in active, not in shipped, not in failed, not in deleted.
Anyone else experienced this? Also is this bug being worked on? I’ve been working around this for now by cross-checking PayPal, eShop, and emails. Thanks for looking into it.
