Who in their right mind created a ticket system where people can't even submit tickets in the front end (and have to access the backend) unless you pay for a $65.55 USD upgrade? 100% POINTLESS and a severe Security Risk! Pft...Yah right. Free ones out there do more than this and even work on the front end like they are SUPPOSED to.

1 star. Wish I could give negatives.

Do you think anybody would pay to upgrade if all value added features were included in the free release? Obviously not, I made the test several years ago. If there wasn't a paid release, there wouldn't be a free one. And it wouldn't have been downloaded 45.000 times which is by far the most downloaded ticket system plugin for WP. No developper can sustain the development and support of a free plugin like WATS without getting a paid model in parallel of it. Just try, you'll have fun...

Then you are pointing a severe security risk without commenting further.

I can see from your other posts that you are kind of professional of trolling...

@Moderator, please moderate this post. It is useless and points out security risks without any elaboration around this. This is negative and useless approach. Security risks have to be reported through appropriate channels...

@firebird75, yallways has his right to voice his opinions about plugins, regardless of whether it is something you or others agree with.

People who are genuinely looking at reviews can make their mind up for themselves the validity of the review in relation to your response.

@Andrew, I don't question his right to voice his opinion. I rather question the way he is doing that. He points out a security risk but doesn't elaborate at all on it. I guess there is a common practice to raise security concerns through the right channels and not really on open forums. This isn't what is being done and I can understand why... There is no issue and he is just suggesting there is one to make people fear there is one...

Then, as you can see, he is used to provide this kind of very negative useless feedback based on other posts he made. This isn't very balanced and quite discouraging for developers like me who provide free plugins (as well as paid ones).
