I'm developing a site which requires OpenID to be used in place of normal registration. I've installed the 'OpenID Plugin', which has added the option to the admin login area... however...
I was imagining a button on the top right of the site, which when clicked brings up a small modal window to allow a user to login with their OpenID, or facebook, or whatever.
How do I achieve this? I can't find any documentation beyond just installing the plugin.
Do I place a custom sidebar in a header hook to call a widget or something?
WordPress is very new to me, finding some things very intuitive but other simple tasks just baffle me, as am very much used to developing in Joomla.
