Compatibility with Post Types

Hello, I would like to ask you how your plugin can be compatible with customized post types.

Actually, I have created a “Real estate listings” post type, with some custom taxonomies: Cities, Price ranges, Type of contract…

The thing is that these taxonomies cannot be found by your plugin, and the post listings return a 404 error if the plugin is enabled.
