Compatibility of Events Manager with Headway Themes

Hi, I’m in the process of selecting an events/calendar plugin for a Headway site. Is Events Manager compatible with Headway? I’m using the latest HW (v.3.6.3). Anyone with experience using these together? Conflicts? Issues?
