Compatibility issues with Table of Contents plugins

    There is a compatibility issue with major Table of Contents making wordpress plugins and print friendly plugin.

    For example, the Table of Contents in TOC+ does not show at all in the print preview and the pdf.

    On installing Better Alternative Links (BAL), the hyperlinks of the table of contents and other links do not work properly since they open an external link when they are working as internal links on the webpage.

    Please tell how this issue can be fixed.

    Because mostly people would like to download PDFs and read them offline.
