Compatibility issues with IE6 and Safari 2

Howdy… my blog at http://www.greatwhitesnark.com is having issues on Safari and Internet Explorer 6.

On Safari, the page won’t finish loading… specifically, the posts don’t get displayed.

On IE6 (which accounts for about 1/3 of my visitors), the posts show up w-a-a-a-a-y down on the page. Strange.

I assume this is related to my theme… which is a very-slightly modified version of RockinBlue Theme http://rockinthemes.com/rockinblue-3-column-wordpress-theme/.

Could anyone suggest some tweaks? Otherwise, could you point me to some WordPress developer folks who I might be able to hire to polish my theme?
