Como instalar este plugin / How i can install this plugin?

Hola amigos de WordPress,

bueno, yo llevo un tiempo usando wordpress para mi sitio web, y con el afán de mejorarlo cada dia más entontre una bonita forma de colocarle un bonito menu con imagenes.

El problema es que no se como instalarlo, ya que no es como un plugin “llegar, instalar y usar”.

Wll i am a user of wordpress from a time, but i never touch the css, php or another important files of the site, and now i have a problem installing a plugin.
