Community/Posting Theme

    I am in search of a theme that allows guests and users alike to post anything and everything. Essentially a theme that contains the posting functions of the wordpress admin backend, incorporated to the frontend for anyone who needs to make a post, they would be able to use the same posting editor found in the backend.

    I am in dire need! Where can I find this theme, or one like it?

    Simply put, I am looking for a theme that brings the backend posting functionality to the front end (or very close to it). I have looked at several plugins and have not been able to find one that does this quite the way we need.
